**Non-refun policy **

At FSBT we strive to provide high-quality food products and excellent service. Please be aware of the following non-refundable policy:

 **All Sales Are Final**: Once an order is placed and payment is processed, it is considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any items purchased through our website.

*Exceptions**: In cases of damaged or incorrect items received, please provide photographic evidence within 24 hours of delivery. We may offer a replacement at our discretion, but no refunds will be issued.
